The Association believes that the untimely passing of our mother, daughter, sister, aunty and compatriot has created a vacuum not only within the Jardia family but also within the leadership structure of our beloved organization.
We recognize Martha as a devoted officer of our association whose commitment to the service of the needy and underprivileged is unmeasured. Martha has always opened her home and arms to everyone and her generosity will be dearly missed.
The family remembers Martha as a pillar whose caring hands and affections touched every angle of their lives. As A faithful Christian, Martha surrendered her life to our Lord Jesus and served our heavenly father with uncompromising loyalty
Co-workers consider Martha as one who was always available and willing to give a helping hand when and wherever needed. Martha’s sense of humor characterized her interactions with every segment of our community. As a loving mother for her two daughters, Martha extended her kindness towards children beyond her home to those within our community and homeland sharing with and counseling those who stood in need of motherly tenderness.
The United Sarpo Association in the Americas wishes to inform the bereaved family that they have a friend in us during this period of agonizing grief. The association assures the family of the bereaved that the leadership will work collaboratively with every sector of our community to give our fallen Social Committee Chair a heroic respect as Martha journeys to eternality.
We pray that our Lord will comfort the family of the bereaved as we join them in mourning one of our outstanding daughters. We therefore urge all our members to continued their solidarity and support to the Jardia family as exampled by the massive show of support demonstrated since the unthinkable event.
At the same time, the United Sarpo Association in the America while weeping the home going of Martha, death hit our community with news of the passing of Mr. Jacob Jean Saydee, father of USAA Board Member Mr. G. Charlie Saydee Pyne, which took place in Greenville, Sinoe County, Liberia on august 9, 2010.
The death of elder Jacob Jean Saydee has deprived us of one of the listening ears of the Sarpo land. Elder Saydee is a father to us all who were fortunate to receive his blessings. His passing is bleeding our hearts and we can only pray for endurance to face this grave loss.
